Wine from the oldest parcel of carignan in the estate (vine centenary in goblet planted at 1.80m), destemming during vatting, long fermentation in concrete vats frustoconical then ageing in terracotta amphora for up to 11 months.

Complex and rich the olfactory bouquet, composed of black fruits such as mulberry, cassis, touch of blueberry, after few minutes in the glass, wine shows a beautiful depth flavour like dried leaf, hint of spiciness, from recalls to candied orange, dried figs and dates, and embellished with balsamic notes.

Medium + tannin, Medium+ acidity, Full body, Medium+ alcohol, Long finish and round texture. Deep and harmonious on the palate, it turns out to be elegant and very persistent.
