Wine from vermentinu (rolle) top-grafted 3 years ago (formerly merlot and syrah) soil of rolled pebbles and clay-limestone, trellised vines production of approximately 1300 bottles per. Vinification: direct pressing in a pneumatic press, short maceration in the press to accentuate the native yeasts, light maceration, aging in terracotta amphora for up tio 9 months, racking before bottling.

Bight yellow color

Wine shows a lot of yellow fruits and stone fruits such as golden apple, yellow kiwi, apricot, fresh mango, with a hint of yellow flower and white pepper in the finish.

Medium+ acidity, Full body, High alcohol, Long finish, round complex texture. On the palate, the wine is very melty and complex texture.
