Mas Zenitude "Zizanie" 2021

Wine from small plot of Clairette just in front of the domain, clay-limestone terroir, top-grafted vines, one-week maceration with light pumping over, racking then aging in terracotta amphora and neutral oak barrel (500L) production of approximately 600 bottles per year.

Wine shows a very complex and depth aroma. First, the aroma of new oak bark the it shows the very beautiful citruscy creamy flavour lemon cream. And then the fruity aroma comes with lot of stone fruit and fresh yellow fruit such as pear, mango, yellow apple, some touch of marmalade, honey cream, … and hint of white pepper, cardamon, orange blossom.

Medium+ acidity, Full body, High alcohol, Long finish, round complex texture. On the palate, the wine is very melty and complex texture.
